The vision continues with K'uub 2
Following the commercial success of the first stage, K'uub 2 is now underway, a development of 186 urbanized lots without condominium regulations, with mixed land use. Like its sister project, K'uub 1, it is part of the Puerto Morelos Urban Development Plan (PDU) and is currently undergoing urbanization.

Location
The K'uub project is located at kilometer 1.5 of the Ruta de los Cenotes, just 15 minutes from Cancun International Airport. Its strategic location connects it to key sites in the region:
- 25 kilometers from Playa del Carmen
- 23 kilometers from Cancun
- 5 kilometers from the main pier
- 2.5 kilometers from the Puerto Morelos Hospital
- 2 kilometers from the Mayan Train station
Masterplan
K'uub 2 has been designed to include paved roads and street lighting, as well as underground services such as electricity, drinking water, sewerage, and storm drainage.
The project also includes three public parks and internal roads measuring 8 meters wide, with 2-meter sidewalks on each side.
