Discover K'uub 1
The K'uub development in Puerto Morelos begins its first phase with 162 urbanized lots. Starting in 2024, the urbanization process began with the installation of the electrical and water networks, the placement of individual wastewater treatment systems, the construction of pavements and sidewalks, as well as spaces for urban furniture and signage.
So far in 2025, it is in its final stages of development for its upcoming delivery.

The entrance to K'uub 1 is located at kilometer 1.5 of the Cenotes Route and 15 minutes from Cancun International Airport. Here are some distances to important points in the area:

Masterplan
The first phase of K'uub is planned to feature first-class infrastructure, including storm and sanitary sewer systems, electrical networks, public lighting, and paved streets. In addition, it offers natural amenities such as the Cenotes Route, the white beaches of Puerto Morelos, and the world's second-largest barrier reef.
