A firm step towards a more responsible future: we receive our first ESR Distinction

On the night of the last full moon of 2025, we experienced a very special moment: together with other Yucatecan companies from different sectors, we received the Socially Responsible Company (ESR) Distinction. For us, this recognition marks a turning point, as it is the first time we have obtained it.

Having the ESR Distinction means that we are committed to practices that generate a positive impact on our community. For our team, it represents the confidence of working in a safe, ethical, and wellness-oriented space. For our investors and clients, it is a clear sign that we are a prepared, resilient company aligned with the socio-environmental challenges of the future.

An achievement that confirms our conviction to build community

During the ceremony on December 4, 2025, held at the Olimpo Cultural Center, our director of operations, Fernando Delgado, received this distinction on behalf of Everland. We were also accompanied by Ana Moreno and Ana Curi, from Talent and Culture Management, who have been instrumental in this journey and in building the culture we celebrate today.

In his opening message, the president of the Yucatecan Entrepreneurship Foundation, Juan José Abraham Daguer, recalled that the ESR Distinction “represents a commitment that not only transforms work environments, but also makes each organization a true leader of change for our society.”

His words resonated especially when he added that this recognition reflects leadership, integrity, and the understanding that doing business also means building community. And at Everland, we deeply believe in that.

We accept this recognition with responsibility. Starting today, we reinforce our commitment to integrate social, environmental, and ethical criteria into each of our decisions, as well as into the way we interact with our employees, customers, suppliers, and community.

When doing business, we will choose actions that generate a positive long-term impact, aligning ourselves with the commitments established by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy, A.C. (Cemefi), the institution that awards this distinction and encourages more companies to join.
